临床医学院2020年下半年国际研究生学位论文答辩资格审核工作通知
各研究生培养单位、拟申请学位国际研究生:
临床医学院2020年下半年国际研究生学位论文答辩资格审查各项工作具体安排如下。请各培养单位及拟申请学位个人,严格按照本通知内要求,在规定时间内完成诸项工作!
重要说明:
请慎重提交答辩申请:务必确认导师同意学位论文答辩申请并同意组织后续答辩。根据山东大学(https://www.grad.sdu.edu.cn/info/1009/14715.htm)要求,“特别提醒学位申请人员要慎重提交答辩申请,审核通过后,所有申请人均需要进行论文评阅,论文评阅通过后,均需要参加论文答辩,答辩通过后,均需要进行学术不端行为检测。期间放弃论文评阅、论文答辩或学术不端行为检测者,将与论文评阅、论文答辩或学术不端行为检测未通过者一样,均被视为一次答辩申请无效。”
一、 工作内容及安排
1.研究生个人信息报送:9月15日前,研究生请将本人的基本信息、入学前信息、发表论文信息、学位论文信息填写到名为“学号Student No.+ 姓名Name+ 信息维护Information maintenance”的表格(文件5)中,按照要求正确命名,并发送至zhouxuan@sdu.edu.cn (此工作已于前期通知开展,已完成信息报送的研究生不需要重复报送)
2.材料提交:
(1)研究生个人材料提交:9月18日前,研究生请按照《国际研究生论文答辩资格审核需提交材料清单》准备材料,并按照“学生个人提交材料文件夹模板”的格式,将需提交材料正确分类→对照清单、子文件夹内容将相应正确的材料归于正确的子文件夹中→正确命名个人材料文件夹名称→同名压缩文件夹→提交。注意,研究生须将个人答辩材料同时发送至导师所在医院科教处邮箱(文件6)和临床医学院国际研究生秘书邮箱zhouxuan@sdu.edu.cn
(2)医院汇总、初审并报送材料:
①各医院汇总申请学位人员材料,并对国际研究生申请博士、硕士学位人员进行答辩资格、提交材料等进行初审,未达到培养方案要求者一律不能提交申请材料;
②各医院将初审通过人员名单录入《申请学位人员名单》;申请博士、硕士毕业科研成果登记表》;
③将本单位《申请学位人员名单》(秘书签名并加盖各单位公章,纸质版、电子版各一份)、《申请博士、硕士毕业科研成果登记表》(电子版)及申请学位人员个人提交材料集中报送至临床医学院研究生办公室(教学八号楼一层北侧),两个汇总表的电子版发送至wangmumu601@sdu.edu.cn
医院报送材料截止时间:9月21日下午3:00前
3. 研究生网上提交毕业申请:9月21日到9月23日,临床医学院根据研究生报送的个人信息(一、1. )协助国际研究生完成系统内信息维护和网上提交毕业申请。
4. 导师审核研究生毕业申请:根据《关于山东大学研究生毕业申请及审核流程更改的通知》(文件1)要求:“现将研究生毕业审核环节中,增加导师同意毕业环节。本次修改后,从2020 年第二批次毕业审核工作起毕业审核流程更改为研究生提交毕业申请后须导师同意后方可将毕业申请移交至培养单位进行审核。”9月23日前,请导师确认研究生是否已达到毕业要求,并在研究生管理系统中,对已网上提交毕业申请的研究生进行系统内审核。操作方法见《毕业审核导师操作环节说明》(文件2)。
二、其他相关政策及要求:
1.按照山东大学研究生管理办法进一步明确“导师作为研究生培养的第一负责人”。国际研究生提出学位论文答辩资格申请时,导师应依据本专业培养方案及研究生个人培养计划,对拟申请学位学生培养方案完成情况包括课程成绩,科研工作,临床轮转,学位论文与发表论文的相关性,科研成果发表的规范性,原始记录的完整、可靠、真实性及其他学术行为规范进行审核(文件3:研究生学术道德规范文件)。审核合格者,导师亲自确认并签署《临床医学国际研究生申请毕业导师知情同意书》(本次提交导师签字知情同意书的扫描PDF版),学生方可提出学位论文答辩申请。
2.凡答辩资格审核时使用SCI论文清样状态提出申请的学生,请务必确保发表论文在临床医学院学科评议组会议召开之前正式刊出! 学院将于学科组会议召开(约11月底)前5天给予提示及论文状态重新核查,届时仍未正式刊出者,将按照此次申请无效处理。
3.请确保10月10日左右本人学位论文定稿,等候学位论文外审通知。预计 10月中旬开启外审论文的提交和匿名评阅。

Notice on the Qualification Review of International Graduate Students’ Dissertation / Thesis Defense in the Second Half of 2020
All international graduate students applying for degrees:
In the second half of 2020, the arrangements for qualification review of international graduate students’ dissertation / thesis defense are as follows. Student who intends to apply for degree shall complete all of the works within specified time in strict accordance with the requirements of this notice!
Important Note:
Please submit application carefully: please make sure that your supervisor agrees you to submit dissertation / thesis defense application and will organize defense for you. According to “” (https://www.grad.sdu.edu.cn/info/1009/14715.htm), it is specially reminded that students should carefully submit application. After the application is approved, applicant’s dissertation / thesis need to be reviewed; after that all applicants need to participate in dissertation / thesis defense; after the defense is passed, all dissertations / theses need to be tested for academic misconduct. During this whole period, those who give up getting dissertation / thesis reviewed or defense or academic misconduct test will be regarded as the same as those who fail to pass the review of dissertation / thesis, or defense or academic misconduct test, this application shall be deemed as invalid."
Ⅰ. Work contents and arrangements:
1. Personal information submission: before September 15, students please fill in the form named ”学号Student No.+ 姓名Name+ 信息维护Information maintenance” (document 5) with your own basic information, the education information, the published paper information and the dissertation / thesis information, name the form correctly according to the requirements, and send it to zhouxuan@sdu.edu.cn (this work has been informed to carry out before, students who have completed it no need to send repeatedly).
2. Materials submission:
(1)Graduate students submit materials: before September 18, students please prepare materials in accordance with the List of Materials to be Submitted for Qualification Review of Dissertation / Thesis Defense, and correctly classify the materials in accordance with the format of "Template of folder for submission of defense materials" → put the materials into the corresponding subfolders → name the folder correctly → compress the folder with the same name → submit. Note: Students shall send their materials (as a Zip Folder) to the Email of Education Department of the hospital (document 6) and the zhouxuan@sdu.edu.cn at the same time.
3. Graduate students submit graduation application online: between September 21 to September 23, students submit graduation application online (in the system)
4. Supervisors review students’ graduation application online (in the system):Before September 23 According to the requirements of the Notice on Graduate Application and Review Process Change of Shandong University (document 1): “Now we add supervisor's approval to review process. After this revision, the review process will be changed to that graduate students who submitted their graduation application must be approved by their supervisors firstly." supervisors please confirm if graduate students have met the graduation requirements, and give results in the graduate management system. For operation method, please refer to “Instructions for Supervisor's Operation on Review of Graduation Application” (document 2).
Ⅱ. Other relevant regulations and requirements
1. According to the Graduate Students Management Measures of Shandong University, it is clarified that "supervisor is the first responsible person in charge of graduate student’s training". When an international graduate student submits application for dissertation defense, the supervisor shall, in accordance with the training program and training plan for the student, review the completion of the student’s training plan including courses, scientific research work, clinical rotation, the relevance between degree dissertation and published paper, the standardization of the scientific research achievements, the integrity, reliability, authenticity of the original records and other academic codes of conduct (document 3: Graduates Academic Moral Education Documents). For those who are qualified, supervisor shall confirm and sign the “Consent Form – Supervisor Knows and Agrees Graduate Student’s Application for Graduation” (the scanned PDF version of the Consent Form signed by the supervisor shall be submitted this time), and only in this way can students apply for dissertation defense.2. Students, who submitting application with SCI paper in “proof” state, please make sure that your SCI paper surly can be published officially before the Discipline Appraisal Group Meeting of School of Medicine. School of Medicine will give notice and recheck the status of this paper about 5 days before the Discipline Appraisal Group Meeting (about the ending of November). If your paper is still not officially published at that time, the application will be deemed as invalid.
3. Please make sure that your dissertation / thesis can be finalized around October 10 for the external review. It is expected to start the dissertation / thesis submission and external review in mid-October.
